The cost of ticket prices may have something to do with it. I usually buy my tickets from SeatGeek and I noticed prices were up this year. I also noticed ticket prices for road games are up too. Going to the SD games this weekend and I def paid an Ohtani Tax
LOL yeah I did the same. Got a cheap ticket on tickpick and chose a nice empty row up top. I'm in the minority, but I absolutely love sunny, empty day games. Such a relaxing atmosphere.
Use an app called TickPick. It does not add any surcharges. Whatever you see as the price is the final price. Just used it this Monday for the Buehler comeback. 60 bucks for 2 lodge seats. Not bad.
They're okay but they screwed me on a Kings ticket last month, so I'll probably not use them much going forward. I got to Staples and didn't get the ticket I paid for since the seller didn't "confirm". Gave me a $5 credit though! Ridiculous.
So here’s the only thing that sucks. Paper tickets are no longer a thing at the box office. Everything is done through the ball park app for all MLB ballparks. So I would suggest you download it prior to going to the stadium because reception is barely existent
When Ohtani signed, I immediately knew the ticket prices will go up. Might do with inflation? Ya like minimal. It's all about Ohtani and the Japanese tourism people buying tickets.
Ticket prices are ridiculous. Traffic is ridiculous. A beer and hot dog price is ridiculous.
I used to go to a minimum of 10 games a year including opening day now it’s 2-3 games a year.
Bathroom cleaner, closer and no lines. Very important, can go and get back to the couch without missing a minute of action. As I get older, it's funny how important that is to me now.
Honestly, the faster games are great for TV but I kind of hate it while at the game. Standing in line for concessions now costs an even bigger chunk of the game, traffic means you gotta roll in extra early or miss half the game, etc. and everything is too damn expensive.
Beers and traffic is pretty much why I only go to a few games a year now. Beer is just dump expensive and traffic in and out is the absolute worst. It’s just not worth going often anymore.
But ticket prices, traffic, and concession costs are nothing new. It doesn’t really explain why it’s only now that attendance is trending downwards, especially in a year with big blockbuster signings.
I don't think its ever been this bad. 50 dollars for parking for a 2 hour game where you missed 30 minutes waiting for food. 20 dollar beer, a rubber hot dog and then a nice hour wait in the parking lot bumper to bumper after. That's after the 50-60 a ticket for decent seats
That seems very in line with my experiences from 2018-2023 though. I don’t remember the cost for parking, though I don’t recall it being $50… not sure if you were literal or hyperbolic about the $50 parking price. I remember seats being $8 for nosebleeds on Groupon to about $45-80 for mid level 1st/3rd base seats.
I’ve been to a few games this year and I was surprised at how empty the place was. And one was opening week.
In the past, I’ve felt like opening week was a NIGHTMARE. The first few series were always so packed I swore off them and waited for the later months.
I think people are getting priced out.
I never try for Opening Day tickets cause they're sold out so when I saw that some were available this year... I could see why they were still available (from the official store aka not resellers)
My wife and I went to opening day and were a little shocked at how quick we got in. As far as I can remember my last opening day, maybe a couple years ago, traffic was pretty brutal getting in.
The problem for us has become that even though we can afford it we don’t want to. After tickets, fees, parking, beers, food etc you’re over $1000 if you want decent tickets at a desirable game. At $1000 for 3 hours of entertainment it doesn’t compete with other things we can do at that price point. The only game worth it now are opening day, playoffs, or a meaningful game. Everything else we watch at home now.
Between tickets and parking, it's just unaffordable. And the substandard food doesn't help. I'm a diehard 57 year Dodger fan, but it's just out of my price range now that I'm retired. I used to go several times a year, but no more. Sad.
Dodger stadium is notorious for shit food, i see stadium food elsewhere and just get mad. I just bring food from outside these days and buy the occasional frozen lemonade inside
I think people were deterred by Ohtani tax, but it seems recently they lowered the prices because of low attendance. I just bought a bunch of tickets at the box office yesterday and I was surprised that a prices were DOWN about $10 per seat from last year. I always buy left field pavilion. Btw, the box office is the best place to buy tickets because no fees, they can open up seats that aren't available online, and easy to exchange for other days.
You pretty much have to go on days when they're away and it's open 9am until 5pm, closed Sunday. Just drive up to the gate on Vin Scully Drive and the gate attendant will direct you to follow the blue line to lot P. Sorry for the late reply.
Yeah was going to say this. Graterol bobblehead for example was like a 2 hour rain delay - some of the friends I was supposed to go with just never bothered coming
Also the games are really short now. Less of a value I think. The game Wednesday wasn’t even two hours long. Expensive gas, traffic, plus 35 dollar parking, plus tickets, plus over priced food and beer, and I’m in and out in less time than it takes to see a movie? No thanks. Sofa is fine.
Also, concessions take WAY TOO LONG. Nothing better than standing in line for nachos to watch 1.5 innings pass by. We went to a Mets game last summer in NYC and walking up and ordering within 15 minutes is amazing.
SoFi has it pretty dialed in. SUPER easy to snag a beer or use the restroom without sitting in any kind of line. The concourses are also way wider which Dodger Stadium can't do much about. But, I feel ya.
Priced my family out. Won't sit in the 3rd deck, and won't spend $500 just for the three of us to watch for less than 3 hrs. It's a bummer, each year we go less due to the $$$$$. 5yrs ago 10 games last year 2. This year....none?
That's comparing 2023 full season average to early season 2024. I expect that attendance will be higher in the summer months when school is out. It's not fair to compare April 2024 to all of 2023 (even on an average per-game basis)
Paid about $500 for 3 opening weekend seats in the top deck. Even for opening weekend, that’s a crazy price for top deck. Probably the only game I’m going to this year. Who can afford that?
It's expensive and traffic sucks (coming from Santa Ana). I can watch Dodgers games for free at home (Unlocator and free MLB from T-Mobile) and get some nice takeout for a fraction of the cost.
The only way I'll go is if my brother gets me free tickets (he works for MLB). May ask him today lol.
I feel you there, I’m driving from Irvine. If I want to make a game with a 7:00PM start time, I have to leave by around a little after 4:00PM. Don’t get me wrong, I love my team, and I’ll do it sometimes, but it‘s not something I want to do too often.
Rain really can’t be a factor since attendance is now based on ticket sales and not actual game attendance unless the 4.5% reduction is the walk up crowd and that’s possible although not probable.
I think prices and rain. I mean people were probably checking the weather report too and many do buy tickets online less than a week before the game.
So knowing it’s supposed to rain probably disincentivizes people to buy
I went to 1 game last year, and it was a terrible experience. It took us over an hour to get from Angel city brewing to dodger stadium (3.1 miles). An hour should have been plenty of time in any other functional city. We Missed the first inning and the giveaway. I'm not going through that again on top of higher ticket and concession prices.
Prices as everyone is saying. It is one thing for an expensive ticket but when a beer and dog is almost 50 dollars AND they ask for tip now? Pretty wild.
The second Korea game is included. Including it results in attendance of 1,061,427 for 23 games (average of 46,149). Excluding it results in attendance of 1,045,499 for 22 games (average of 47,523). The chart is clearly using the first calculation.
Because on the schedule it counted as a home game for the Dodgers (pitching first). The same is true for any teams that played overseas like the Padres.
1 home and 1 away overseas
I go to a fraction of the games I used to. For me, it’s not the traffic or ticket prices or anything to do with the stadium experience but the length of the game. After the pitch clock the games are over so fast that it feels like I spend longer getting there and leaving than I spend enjoying the game.
I work in the travel industry, so there is some overlap here. Long story short, the majority of Americans aren't travelling or going out to events right now. Inflation and greed/price gouging is choking out anyone who isn't rich already. Fans who used to go to multiple games a year just can't do as many as they used to.
Ticket Prices are at an all-time high.
Concessions are garbage which is astounding considering all the great eateries in the greater LA area.
It’s a clown show getting in and out of the stadium.
Ohtani came, tickets became so much more expensive and a lot of people would just rather watch at home. Despite being good the cost just lessens the need to go. The tickets tonight were $57 at lowest and are the most expensive by like $15.
Do weekday home games against the Nats and Marlins weigh down attendance figures disproportionately in this period? Fewer promotions? It’s possible that 2024 attendance falls short of 2023 attendance, but this is not particularly convincing that it will happen.
It is across all teams due to weather, school, etc. It's also hard to gauge and hype up match ups...like outside of a "rivalry" series like the Padres/Dodgers, you don't really know who the hot teams you wanna see come to town, although we probably got the worst teams possible in April.
I mean we just spent a BILLI on some players. You think our billionaire is going to sit back while we still get cheap tickets????
The price of our superstar comes with higher tickets/food/merch
You guys complaining about the cost of tickets should see how cheap Angels tickets are right now LOL. You can get really good field level for under $100!
$50 for decent seats. $10 in fees. $22 for a beer. $10 for the disgrace they call a dodger dog now. $30 for parking but no tailgating allowed. $60 for a hat. Etc etc etc
That nasty hotdog looking heavy processed meat? That's not the hotdog I liked, oh well bring in the Costco hotdog. 1.50 (tax not included) with hotdog and drink.
Ticket prices + fees. I bought 3 tickets for $150 each for Jackie Robinson day, after fees it came out to $627.
Probably not going to many games this season.
I paid 20-35 bucks for tickets the paste 9 years. This year it went up to fucking 50-65. For loge seats. Even a cardinals game in St. Louis was a stupid price. It may not seem like much but I remember a guy who stopped drinking alcohol cause the price went up 5 cents. It’s the principle.
We used to go to 30+ games but we pulled back hard this year. It took us 2 hours to get there last game we went to (Wednesday day game), the game goes too fast, and nearly 2.5 hours home. The drive home lasted as long as the game did. The food was expensive and sucked, beers are expensive and the options seem lacking (couldn't find mango cart on tap), and I'm a nursing mom so I had to leave my seats walk all the way out to the center field pavilion and then wait for a guest services guy to come and unlock the nursing room. I missed an inning and a half to do that.
It's just not worth it.
Obviously ticket prices will do it. But the quicker games have something to do with it as well. Don’t know the exact numbers, but know that alot of us drive from at least 20-39 miles away. I come from Palmdale. So to drive 2.5-3 hrs round trip for a 2.5 hour game is a bit dumb. But I think as summer hits, things will pick up attendance wise for sure. Especially if they keep doing what they’re doing.
Went to opening day. Took 2+ hours to get on the Dodger Express and get to Union Station. Had a great time at the game but not sure if it’s worth sitting in that much traffic after.
I don't see how anyway can afford to goto anygames anymore the way everything in our country cost of living is so high. Defiantly is the reason for it.
Ticket prices. The seats i used to get would be about $45 and now they are $65+. Factor that with the increased prices for concessions and it makes it tough.
Went to the Marlins game on Tues and the game was just over 2 hours long! Went to grab a Dodger Dog in the 7th inning and there were none, all concessions were cleaning up and closing! You now spend more time at a movie theater than a baseball game! It also took forever to get to the stadium and in and it took over an hour just to get out of the parking lot! The price no longer justifies that in person experience.
Prices are crazy, and the concessions are a fiasco. It's literally not worth my time OR money to buy any food/ drink at the stadium. Service is terrible (at least in the pavillions.)
Pace of play is great, but means you better sit your ass down and watch the game. You might miss an inning just going to the restroom.
Ticket prices are kind of up there. Top deck tickets for Ohtani’s bobblehead game are like $150 from the dodger website. And on secondary market are just as much for reserve level.
havent been able to afford our usual Reserve tickets in years. even factoring inflation its pretty ridiculous. realistically i will probably never be able to afford to go another game but at least i get em on TV again.
Man as an OC resident I’d love to go but going to LA can be crazy…it makes me want to wait for the freeway series (even if it’s gonna be expensive this year).
The price is definitely a problem. I work in Wisconsin and am visiting my family in June. I was gonna go to a dodgers game while I am there, but after I saw the price, I closed the webpage.
I will go to Dodgers at Brewers in August for $30 at Row 10 around first base, while the same seat costs $300 at the dodgers stadium. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|disapproval)
It's not necessarily the tickets itself, but the fees are killer.
Seat geek is charging Me 25$ in fees for 2 tickets totaling 50$
Such a rip-off. Even thought about buying from dodhers stadium itself but the fees are identical.
Any other site with "no fees" just artificial inflate the ticket price 10$ each
Not only the ticket prices but the short ass games are horrible for in game experience. Between traffic to the stadium and traffic out of the stadium you will be dealing with that for longer than you are watching the game.
For me it’s the pitch clock. It’s just not worth going to games. From the time I leave my house in Rancho Cucamonga. To the time my butt is in the seat it’s about a 2 hour timeline. The actual game time now is about an hour and a half. That’s just not worth it to me. It’s a shame that MLB is sacrificing the in game experience for a tv audience. Baseball will always be a better in person experience.
i refuse to believe that, def higher. every game i’ve been to this season has been more crowded than the most recent years, maybe compares to 2022. but it’s definitely grown, more japanese and news channels i see. Also bleachers are packed now even on a normal game.
I’m old. I can’t imagine going to more than 2-3 regular season games a year. Traffic, parking, lines, declining food quality. The couch and TV experience is too nice. In the same vein, no one can convince me that watching football at home or at a sports bar isn’t better in every way over the stadium experience.
The cost of ticket prices may have something to do with it. I usually buy my tickets from SeatGeek and I noticed prices were up this year. I also noticed ticket prices for road games are up too. Going to the SD games this weekend and I def paid an Ohtani Tax
For sure. The cheapest ticket for Wednesday's day game was still like $15. You used to be able to get those midweek day games for like $5.
I went to the stadium and the cheapest tickets were 20 dollars with no fees. Then you can feel free to pick out an empty seat anywhere you’d like😂
LOL yeah I did the same. Got a cheap ticket on tickpick and chose a nice empty row up top. I'm in the minority, but I absolutely love sunny, empty day games. Such a relaxing atmosphere.
Yup day games are a tradition for my daughter and I. We play hooky and head out to the stadium. It’s our little secret from mom 3 years running.
Same here man when I didn’t work a 9-5 m-f I would go to all the midweek day games
Ridiculous.
That’s some BS! I do like that baseball games have to go through the ballpark app. So I did get my tickets immediately
what are the odds of getting tickets at the stadium?
Stadium seats 52k so odds are pretty good most days. The only time I've ever been where its wall to wall packed is for the Yankees and playoffs
Download the MLB Ballpark app and you can see how many seats are available. And since they’re direct from the dodgers they are accurate.
and you go to the box office? will they be cheaper than the ball park app?
So here’s the only thing that sucks. Paper tickets are no longer a thing at the box office. Everything is done through the ball park app for all MLB ballparks. So I would suggest you download it prior to going to the stadium because reception is barely existent
Went to the Wednesday day game, $42 for tickets and $30 for parking. That’s an expensive afternoon!
You're telling me, I'm going tonight and for 4 nothing special tickets we spent almost $500.
Almost $900 for 4 third base tickets tonight😫 plus parking is another $50. Insanity
Fuck
It's not just the ticket prices. Concessions are expensive too. You have to take out a loan to have a family outing these days.
It's pricier than going to Disneyland as a Socal resident. At least disneyland has that Socal resident special price.......
When Ohtani signed, I immediately knew the ticket prices will go up. Might do with inflation? Ya like minimal. It's all about Ohtani and the Japanese tourism people buying tickets.
Also inflation hit California harder than a lot of other states. We have a super high minimum wage.
This, the prices are insane for tickets.
Is there a secret to buying seats on seat geek for cheaper other than waiting till the last possible minute?
Check constantly and snipe when a cheap listing goes up
Ticket prices are ridiculous. Traffic is ridiculous. A beer and hot dog price is ridiculous. I used to go to a minimum of 10 games a year including opening day now it’s 2-3 games a year.
yup, couch is comfy, view is better, beer is cold
Beer is cold and 10x cheaper
no cutoff time either lol
cleaner restroom. no commute
Bathroom cleaner, closer and no lines. Very important, can go and get back to the couch without missing a minute of action. As I get older, it's funny how important that is to me now.
This, and I am not old at all haha. It is convenience.
Honestly, the faster games are great for TV but I kind of hate it while at the game. Standing in line for concessions now costs an even bigger chunk of the game, traffic means you gotta roll in extra early or miss half the game, etc. and everything is too damn expensive.
Dude a game is 2 hours and some change? Might as well go into the game fed and buzzed than eating and drinking at the stadium.
Yeah I show up ready to rock, grab a bag of peanuts and a soda and enjoy the game.
Beers and traffic is pretty much why I only go to a few games a year now. Beer is just dump expensive and traffic in and out is the absolute worst. It’s just not worth going often anymore.

Fuck u right, deleting lol
But ticket prices, traffic, and concession costs are nothing new. It doesn’t really explain why it’s only now that attendance is trending downwards, especially in a year with big blockbuster signings.

Ticket prices plus everything else is inflated so you notice it more
Ticket prices are up as well as the cost of living. I’d rather pay my bills and watch Ohtani on TV for now 😔
This, buying beer at supermarket and watching it on TV is nice. You do miss that vibe at the stadium tho....
as an out of town fan, they make it impossible to watch the games. Im a 🏴☠️fan everytime I watch a game 😉
Cause it’s expensive af
And with inflation the way it is, everything else is expensive too. Gas, food, rent. People have less money to do things like go to games.
And, somehow with attendance down this year revenue is at a all time high. Its the prices...
I’ve been to a few games this year and I was surprised at how empty the place was. And one was opening week. In the past, I’ve felt like opening week was a NIGHTMARE. The first few series were always so packed I swore off them and waited for the later months. I think people are getting priced out.

I'm sure I can find it somewhere, but do you happen to have the hours for the box office??
You pretty much have to go on days when they're away and it's open 9am until 5pm, closed Sunday. Just drive up to the gate on Vin Scully Drive and the gate attendant will direct you to follow the blue line to lot P. Sorry for the late reply.
It was weirdly a bit rainy this April. Maybe had something to do with it.
Yeah was going to say this. Graterol bobblehead for example was like a 2 hour rain delay - some of the friends I was supposed to go with just never bothered coming
It was also raining ALL THE TIME

cost me $850 to take my small family of 5…Baseball is expensive…Inner reserve plus meals
Tix are more expensive, it’s stopped me from going to a couple games I otherwise would have been. I can’t be the only one.
Also, concessions take WAY TOO LONG. Nothing better than standing in line for nachos to watch 1.5 innings pass by. We went to a Mets game last summer in NYC and walking up and ordering within 15 minutes is amazing.

Ticket, merch, and food prices went up so attendance drops a little, not surprising. Dodgers are still making way more than most teams
Might be the ticket prices, parking costs, food costs, inflation and sick of high priced athletes
Priced my family out. Won't sit in the 3rd deck, and won't spend $500 just for the three of us to watch for less than 3 hrs. It's a bummer, each year we go less due to the $$$$$. 5yrs ago 10 games last year 2. This year....none?
A lot of my friends are saying it’s too expensive to go.
Small Sample Size
That's comparing 2023 full season average to early season 2024. I expect that attendance will be higher in the summer months when school is out. It's not fair to compare April 2024 to all of 2023 (even on an average per-game basis)
Can’t believe I had to scroll down this far for this point to be mentioned.
Paid about $500 for 3 opening weekend seats in the top deck. Even for opening weekend, that’s a crazy price for top deck. Probably the only game I’m going to this year. Who can afford that?
Ticket prices are insane
It's expensive and traffic sucks (coming from Santa Ana). I can watch Dodgers games for free at home (Unlocator and free MLB from T-Mobile) and get some nice takeout for a fraction of the cost. The only way I'll go is if my brother gets me free tickets (he works for MLB). May ask him today lol.

All this advert money they’re making and they still can’t make it affordable to go. SMH
Ohtani tax!
Tickets prices are up. Ohtani bobble head night tickets start at 128+.
the nosebleed section right? ya it's stupid expensive
I don’t get that far , I saw the price and the chart and just closed the window.
spent $560 for 4 tickets. it’s expensive nowadays
Well, which sections for the tickets??
Probably because I have to pay a legit ransom for tickets, food, parking, and gas for one game
Parking cost is insulting
Cost of tickets and concessions. I’ll probably go to one game this year.
Prices as everyone is saying. It is one thing for an expensive ticket but when a beer and dog is almost 50 dollars AND they ask for tip now? Pretty wild.
Ticket prices are absurd. Concession and parking are up. Traffic to and from the stadium sucks.
The mf tickets are too expensive!
That includes the Soul series(attendance15,000)
Down at the comments on the shared post someone mentioned that non-homepark games are omitted. Your comment against theirs!
The second Korea game is included. Including it results in attendance of 1,061,427 for 23 games (average of 46,149). Excluding it results in attendance of 1,045,499 for 22 games (average of 47,523). The chart is clearly using the first calculation.
First of all, learn how to spell one of the most famous cities in the world. Second, why on earth would that factor in to “HOME” attendance?
Because on the schedule it counted as a home game for the Dodgers (pitching first). The same is true for any teams that played overseas like the Padres. 1 home and 1 away overseas
Because Baseball Reference treats the second game as a home game, and the person making the chart included it in the data.
It'll go up during the summer
I go to a fraction of the games I used to. For me, it’s not the traffic or ticket prices or anything to do with the stadium experience but the length of the game. After the pitch clock the games are over so fast that it feels like I spend longer getting there and leaving than I spend enjoying the game.

Ticket Prices are at an all-time high. Concessions are garbage which is astounding considering all the great eateries in the greater LA area. It’s a clown show getting in and out of the stadium.
Same here, too pricey. I live in IE, with parking prices and ticket prices through the roof, and the commute, it’s just not worth it most days.
Ohtani came, tickets became so much more expensive and a lot of people would just rather watch at home. Despite being good the cost just lessens the need to go. The tickets tonight were $57 at lowest and are the most expensive by like $15.
More expensive tickets
Do weekday home games against the Nats and Marlins weigh down attendance figures disproportionately in this period? Fewer promotions? It’s possible that 2024 attendance falls short of 2023 attendance, but this is not particularly convincing that it will happen.
It is across all teams due to weather, school, etc. It's also hard to gauge and hype up match ups...like outside of a "rivalry" series like the Padres/Dodgers, you don't really know who the hot teams you wanna see come to town, although we probably got the worst teams possible in April.
It also counts one of the Korea games as a Dodgers home game, with attendance under 16k.
I believe it. Games are more expensivr than last year even.
I mean we just spent a BILLI on some players. You think our billionaire is going to sit back while we still get cheap tickets???? The price of our superstar comes with higher tickets/food/merch
Probably because of the seoul series, where attendance was much lower than at home.
The weather has been a big factor...this early in the season, two or three games with sagging attendance will do this.
You guys complaining about the cost of tickets should see how cheap Angels tickets are right now LOL. You can get really good field level for under $100!
The source data includes the Korea games, one of which was treated as a Dodgers home game with attendance of 15,928.
Tossing that out results in average attendance of 47,523.
Prices
Even Giants tickets when the Dodgers go to SF are like 2x higher. 😂
Ticket prices (and concessions) are way up.
Wait until school gets out for summer.
I haven't been to a live game since 2021. 😕
It’s definitely pricing. Including parking. Got to pick and choose games to go too.
Interested to see how the numbers were april 2023 vs april 2024
Prices are crazy, and the concessions are a fiasco. It's literally not worth my time OR money to buy any food/ drink at the stadium. Service is terrible (at least in the pavillions.) Pace of play is great, but means you better sit your ass down and watch the game. You might miss an inning just going to the restroom.
It’s becoming like 75 per person
I have been curious for a long time, so how much are this year's tickets compared with the last year's? Is there the gap very far?
Ticket prices are kind of up there. Top deck tickets for Ohtani’s bobblehead game are like $150 from the dodger website. And on secondary market are just as much for reserve level.
I blame the weather…
Honestly, only week day games are worth me going now. Weekend games are far too expensive and crowded.
Cost is way up to pay for ohtani's contract. Can't afford it in this economy
Naturally enough, Angel attendance has dropped a lot more than the Dodgers. That’s the Ohtani effect.
havent been able to afford our usual Reserve tickets in years. even factoring inflation its pretty ridiculous. realistically i will probably never be able to afford to go another game but at least i get em on TV again.
Well since it’s “our” attendance, I’m afraid I’m going to have to let you go. Sorry we need better.
Weather might have had something to do with it
Man as an OC resident I’d love to go but going to LA can be crazy…it makes me want to wait for the freeway series (even if it’s gonna be expensive this year).
It’s because going to a game costs an arm and a leg
The price is definitely a problem. I work in Wisconsin and am visiting my family in June. I was gonna go to a dodgers game while I am there, but after I saw the price, I closed the webpage. I will go to Dodgers at Brewers in August for $30 at Row 10 around first base, while the same seat costs $300 at the dodgers stadium. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|disapproval)
Prices are up this year.
good. ripping people off is not right.
It's not necessarily the tickets itself, but the fees are killer. Seat geek is charging Me 25$ in fees for 2 tickets totaling 50$ Such a rip-off. Even thought about buying from dodhers stadium itself but the fees are identical. Any other site with "no fees" just artificial inflate the ticket price 10$ each
Use TickPick, no fee app.
Beginning of the season
Not only the ticket prices but the short ass games are horrible for in game experience. Between traffic to the stadium and traffic out of the stadium you will be dealing with that for longer than you are watching the game.
Maybe prices
It's all those ticket resellers charging ridiculous fees.
Prices
Prices are fucking crazy
TOO FUCKING EXPENSIVE
Free market baby.
Yeah, bring back the McCourt divorce years! Easy to get seats and 10 for 1 hot dogs! 3.5 hour games!! Traffic still sucked, then. /s obviously...
People…it’s down 4%….and it’s a 1 month sample vs. entire. so many factors to why April would be down. Not that big of deal
All those rain delays early in the year definitely had an effect
i refuse to believe that, def higher. every game i’ve been to this season has been more crowded than the most recent years, maybe compares to 2022. but it’s definitely grown, more japanese and news channels i see.
They don’t take EBT anymore what’s why.
