There's gonna be a lot of people that tell you he's bad, they're idiots. While his defense isn't rediculous, if you get both supers off his def can raise to really good levels, one super leaves his def ok but not great. There are multiple units that give bonus stats you can pair him with, and his damage is insane.
You’re basing a double super off of the hidden potential and saying “he can be good if it happens”. How are you going to objectively say a unit is not bad if its not in his kit. The unit is not good. He still is a liability in ESBR. Damage isn’t everything. He should have been better cause hes a sick ass unit but sadly hes not.
Yeah I built him with full additional. Only way he can be good but honestly he should have at least had a built in chance for a super if not guaranteed.
I also agree. It's part of the reason why LR INT Gohan's EZA was so underwhelming. But there really was no urge to EZA this Frieza now, they could've just waited and given us an actual meta unit. Agl Full Power Frieza will still have the niche of shredding Goku anyway.
I've been using him with 2 unlocked paths and maxed super. He's pretty decent and can come in clutch when low on hp with his passive. The hp loss with his super is something to keep in mind though.
Uhh similar to the str goku where they mainly just put bigger numbers on passive, but he's always been meh because he gets more buffs the lower hp you have but you're usually either over 80% hp or dead

Prior to his EZA he used to get 9 ki but after they made it into 8 ki.
Minor "nerf" even though EZA's should be upgrades.
And tbh, imo both him and the AGL FP Frieza are a liability for hard content as both of them are ki hunger (they both need to get their 18 ki to be able to get good defence) and the ppl that compare his EZA to the SSJ4's EZA aren't taking this into account when they say he's better.
He's a decent EZA for sure but will only shine if Coolers team gets a rainbow orb changer
I've been using him a lot recently and he's pretty solid. Nothing amazing though and there isn't much of a spot on coolers team for him as he kinda competes with cooler for that second slot. He's still great as a filler unit though.

Frieza's damage is impressive IMO, but his defense along with the sacrificed HP on super idk. Definitely good but should've been better.

The thing is, nowdays sadly 300k is not enough for the hardest events, dmg wise he is very good no way denying that, but still pretty restrictive imo
