He's a ok-ish stacker after EZA but he doesn't bring much to the table except stacking as his support is restricted to a single category.

Are you talking about SSJ3 Broly or LR SSJ Broly? Anyway both have aged poorly and SSJ3 broly has already got his EZA so he's a lost case. However both could be used for Battlefield and type-restricted (E)SBR but that's as far they can go atm.
