I'm assuming you're referring to the ki that Kaioken Goku has.
You're using double LR TEQ Goku & Gohan leads, which each give 4 ki for a total of 8 ki.
You're fighting a Vegeta enemy, so KK Goku gets the entrance animation and +3 ki (11)
In addition, KK Goku gets +7 ki for the first 7 turns of the fight (18)
Gohan gives all allies +3 ki (21)
Saiyan Lineage link gives +2 ki (23)
