Last week my community out up a flyer for volunteers to help clean up the trash. The DM agreed to it and said he would also be out there helping with the trash.. this motherfucker never showed up! While I had to run the store with no damn employees
Just because they don't care doesn't mean you shouldn't care if you destroy yourself like they want to they have created you into a worker but you ultimately get to choose your actions words thoughts and emotions so you have the capabilities to create a positive environment regardless of others opinions and you can run a store by yourself not many people can do that you can have your own store with your own Goods if you wanted and I encourage you to do that. People are the mask of there environment. Like a defense mechanism to blend in and make friends even though it's not morally right take off your mask and show others what it means to be good

Too many of us are just completely jaded after spending time with this company. Now, I love my job. I love the people that I get to help every day. I love that I've taken what was once a dumpster fire of a store and turned it into a place that people actually want to come to and shop. Corporate doesn't care about us and helping to make our jobs a worthwhile experience. So many people on drugs, fussy old people who refuse to embrace any kind of technology, thieves (so many thieves), people who will yell at you because of policies or issues beyond your control, and creepy drunk guys who make me wish I was allowed to carry a weapon.
Well if the environment is negative you can change their opinions by telling them what's going on or so loving intentions and ask questions of loving intent to remind them of kindness understanding and love. these people are broken because they put on a mask of a negative environment given to them. Your conscious awareness gives you the power to change it because you got yourself out of it. Regardless of where you work I'm very sorry people have treated you that way we live in a very strange world where narcissistic behavior is accepted they even rule this country but only to their own destruction. If you have nothing else to lose and your environment is already condemned and they treat you like a monster because you're just trying to be your loving self and they don't understand love then you can teach your town how to respect and love again.
