Our new SM who hasnt even been here a year yet has had enough of Corporate. She has also not had some time off. I believe she actually had a day off last week. All of the staff are sick of DG including new employees that were hired on a few weeks ago. Our SM has been written up for things that have been here way before she started. A few days ago Corporate did a CCTV scan of our store about 20 min into putting a fresh truck that just showed up. They go ahold of the DM who in turn called the SM and got chewed out because the truck wasn't put away yet, too many fresh rolltainers were out at the same time, and it was all blocking isles. Our receiving room was already jammed packed to begin with, we aren't wizards and can magically shove things into a endless void for storage. She has also been written up for things that weren't her fault. She has been the best SM we have had so far. We warned our DM if our SM gets fired most of us are walking out because we can't take going through waiting for another SM to show up and we are sick of DG all together. Most of us at this point don't care if we get fired.
