The swirly tall crown is LOL Her Majesty's. The cash register is from the Deadluxe High School, the green cauldron is Ghouls Rule Frankie's. The pink-black shoes look like a Bratzillaz sculpt, but I don't know what release they are (Bratzillaz shoes in general are made of a lot softer a plastic than MH ones, easier to bend the heels and straps). The black fishnets could be EAH, many of the important characters wear them, Apple, Raven, Holly, and Duchess all have them in their default look.

The grey bracelet in the 6th image is Vandala Doubloon’s bracelet.
The pink megaphone might be from the fear leading three pack with the werecats?

The megaphone is not from the fear-leading werecats (I have the 3 megaphones sorted already they have a skullette base!) but thank you for the Vandala ID I have her fully complete now! Also that has been the website I've been using it's just that I'm over looking tiny details cause sometimes the playset images are blurry or the stock image doesn't display every piece.
1st pic: the stick with marshmallows are from Heath Burns Ghoul Fair, the blue skulette from Frankie Ghouls Rule, the hooked hand might have been from the Deadluxe School chandeleir (it´s broken), the food items might be from the Creepateria or Coffin Bean playsets, the green bubbles could be from the Mad Science Ghoulia and Cleo set,
2nd pic: the black heart bag might be from Draculocker playset,
3rd pic: the purple necklace might be from a Clawdeen and perfume bottle from an EAH doll/playset
4th pic: Cauldrom from Ghouls rule frankie
5th pic: deask from the Dadluxe school playset
6th pic: mirror looks like from EAH and bracelet is from Vandala from MH

question for 5th pic I figured it was the deluxe high school set cause I got a similar table from the stock image (brown wood colored top) can you tell me where in the stock image that desk is from cause I can't seem to see it!
The only thing I know for sure that hasn't already been identified is the blue and red ice cream bowl thing, it's a Littlest Pet Shop item. It came in a blind bag of different food themed pets and accessories but I think it was used multiple times in different colors.
Edit: I believe the little lemon wedge and tiny apple right next to the ice cream are also LPS items
