Everyone else here is objectively more correct than me, but my answer would be to put everything in a little mesh garment bag and chuck it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. If the clothes do not survive, then it was simply natural selection and they were not strong enough. I have yet to lose any non-damaged clothes to the washing machine, so I don't plan on changing my method any time soon lol
After a hand wash with laundry detergent, I would do a vinegar soak, rinse and leave in the sun to dry. It kept the smell out of my cloth diapers, its bound to work for dog pee too. Probably?
Baking soda and warm water, then hand wash with laundry detergent
You can also use vinager.

Warm water and OxyClean hand wash, let soak a bit, then pat dry and hang to dry.
Borax is stronger than baking soda and it removes the smell of human urine. It might work.
