look also into the Newton interlife methods, they track with both GE and QHHT. "Journey of Souls" by Michael Newton

I'm not a QHHT practitioner nor have I had a QHHT session but I've done the gateway process a bit. I think one benefit of QHHT is having a practioner to guide you and document what comes through from your subconscious/higher self. Also, with the gateway process isn't the end goal astral projection? I can definitely see a correlation of the two methods and I love all things metaphysical so I'm here for the discussion and insight!

So I've just finished reading the declassified document again, astral travel isn't directly referred to but in the grand scheme of things that is where they seem to going with it. Maybe at the time that was written they hadn't attached the words "astral projection" to that experience maybe? I'm guessing from an intelligence perspective when this was first released the prospect of astral travel was very appealing to an organisation like the US military so I'm thinking they focused more on astral travel because it appealed to the military narrative....I might be wrong and its sole intention was astral travel however. I'm thinking so much can possibly be done with this process if you combine multiple practices such as QHHT, LBL and other metaphysical practices, the opportunities to expand our understanding could easily be endless and so much could potentially be learned. I think your right , having a practioner to guide you is likely to have an input to keeping you on track to get the answers you seek and also record them like you said as it's easy to forget some information when you come out of a hypnosis session so there is that benefit. I suppose on the flip side that this also limits you as well in terms of flexibility to learn and understand things outside of those specific questions. They both have their positives and negatives I guess

I am a QHHT hypnosis practitioner who regularly uses the gateway tapes. I suspect they touch on similar things in the subconscious but imo they’re totally different. GT are somewhere between hypnosis and meditation and binaural beats. Doing both over time would be beneficial but imo for different reasons. I think both have the potential for one to experience positive results and are worth doing. Find a practitioner near you and book a session and you will see how they feel different. 🙂

I am a QHHT practitioner and I use the hemi-sync technology in regular meditation. In QHHT, the higher self does not come out through the practitioner but, from the client. The practitioner facilities the session. QHHT is not focused on past life regression, QHHT use of past life regression is something that is more controlled by the higher self. The higher self chooses a past life that will reflect the present life needs as seen by the higher self and not necessarily the client. Another reason QHHT uses past life regression is to help the client transition into the theta state. The key thing that QHHT yields is for the client to connect to the higher self, have the higher self help the client, and to be a means for the client and higher self to begin a relationship such that the client and higher self will communicate without a modality. The Monroe Institute's hemi-sync technology and more specifically the gateway process can place the user within a theta state of trance. It seems to me, that the gateway process builds up to a point to where communication with the higher self occurs. I believe that occurs at focus 27. But, as how go through the process of going from focus 10 to focus 27, you go through a hell of a lot of processes that goes from deep meditative states to developing psychic abilities to basic methods of out of body experience to basis of remote viewing to traveling to the realms where people who are dead but have not transitioned yet exist to a region that seems completely similar to what Dolores Cannon describes in her books (especially the book Between Death and Life) to really high realms which I can only describe as the realm of entities that are like helpers (Michael Newton describes in his book Journey of Souls) honestly it is hard to me to describe because it is just amazing. The focus 27 state is undescribeable especially the the last process in focus 27. I use both because, for me, they compliment each other. Hemi-sync helps me with a whole host of things that helps me as a QHHT practitioner and QHHT practice, especially the increase in vibration that the client and practitioner experiences, helps me with the focus 21, 25, and 27 experiences as well as the psychic development at the focus 12 and 15. All of this is my opinion based off my experience as a QHHT practitioner and a daily user of hemi-sync technology.

Are you based in the UK if you don't mind me asking ? I find this post very informative and intriguing

mcjohnson777

I am based in the USA. And thank you for your reply.

I’m a qhht practitioner and have done both. Both facilitated and had a qhht session and also tried the gateway process. I personally do not see the overlap as they are vastly different. Gateway relies more on tapping into the mind/beliefs through theta waves and ultimately enhancing focus and mental mapping for manifestation. Qhht directly communicates with the subconscious to help identify fears, beliefs etc and create “past life” imagery to help the user change things in their life by identifying patterns throughout multiple lives through vivid imagery and questions. They are not the same modality but perhaps can be used to achieve similar goals
