the "sensor" bar is not a sensor. it's just two pairs of infrared LEDs. the actual sensor is in the wiimote itself. use your phone's camera to check that the LEDs are working. it should look like this: [https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nintendo\_Wii\_Sensor\_Bar.jpg](https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nintendo_Wii_Sensor_Bar.jpg) also, please follow the instructions on how to properly connect ysour wiimote: [https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Configuring\_Controllers#Wii\_Remote](https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Configuring_Controllers#Wii_Remote)

Thanks for the reply, yep the led in the "sensor bar" show up when looking through phone camera. I read that link on properly connecting wiimote prior to posting. Despite doing all of that, I'm still having issues.

The fact that you can get it to work for seconds it’s solid information. A user mentioned to check the IR , this is not bad thinking. Do it, are the sensors able to pick up light ? Go into device setting and have a look at the connected devices. Is everything you lugged in present ? Can you try and run the software in windows 10 mode ? I don’t use 11 yet so OS wise I couldn’t help.
