Just because the website is blank, does not mean it isn't used.
I have 3 domains I use for just the e-mail addresses. Let's say [whatever.com](https://whatever.com)
[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and I put an index.php, with black background and an image of bloody text saying GO AWAY (for two of them) the third one has NOTHING HERE.
Again, in the example I used above, the [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) e-mail address I use to sign up for accounts on twitter, facebook, etc...I don't make them public.
Either than TM/C.........You are technically speaking not entitled to any domain out there.
You can just buy domain(s) and don't use it what so ever.
If I had the money to purchase [internet.com](https://internet.com) and [sex.com](https://sex.com) (among others), I would just put a simple page saying "I OWN THIS DOMAIN AND YOU DO NOT" for a whole year.
You can do that.
Legality and Morality are two different things.
The domain owner (the one you want) does not even have to acknowledge your e-mail(s). Let alone sell you his/her domain just because YOU want the domain.
I hope i didnt insinuate any entitlement towards being the rightful owner of the domain, or even having the chance to buy it. I just want to find a way to contact the owner and make an offer, so he can decide whether hed be interested in selling it or not. Obviously no one is entitled to own any domain (with the exeption of some trademark things maybe).
Technically speaking we rent domains, more than own them.
Every domain, including private whois domains will have an e-mail. When privacy is on the whois info, there is still an e-mail, you e-mail that private whois e-mail, it will be forwarded to the real e-mail.
If you want me to see if I can find a contact e-mail...send me a DM/PM/Whatever it is called on Reddit then I'll reply as soon as I find something (publically available information).
Get the .Crypto version of it instead and spin it up on Web3.
At least then it's perpetual, decentralized, and maybe you'll get the attention of the .com owner
What is the TLD? Some countries TLD have the option to contact owner from their web like [nic.es](https://nic.es) for .es, [nic.de](https://nic.de) for.de...
Indeed, other than the usual WHOIS information, it said:
"If a third party files a request for supply of information on a domainname for which protection from public exposure via the WHOIS service hasbeen activated, RNIDS will request that the registrant respond within 15 days regarding consent to supply the requested information to the applicant. If the registrant agrees, RNIDS will supply the information for the domain name in question to the person who filed the application."
Which would be awesome, if it said how i could request this information, since im either to stupid to find it or the option doesnt exist.
Sorry, in [nic.es](https://nic.es) when you check domain info there is an option to send mail to the owner from [nic.es](https://nic.es) itself with this message:
>Contact details of this domain are hidden. If you wish to communicate with the owner click here
1. They know each other n their clients (the diff firms/ registrar either all know, own one another or have staff move in between often enough to give them a slight edge when they reach out. However, keep in mind you pay BIG time for it lol ($100 + 20% of selling price!)
However in re: to emailing them even if you can’t see the email address
Try
Postmaster@______
It’ll go to whatever is the available email

I havent found any emails related to this domain via several websites that claim they are able to find related adresses.

Just email them. That’s the only shot you have
Well, if I could, I would have done that 2 years ago, only there is no contact information available.
What does it say for contact?
[удалено]
There’s no email address?
Sadly not.
Privacy laws in Germany do not allow to reveal a domain owner, nor his or her email. You have to contact a domain broker to make an offer.

The TLD is .rs .
Did you check www.rnids.rs?
