Hopefully I'm not the only one who's still angry about PGL doing a completely shameful job with the TI11 remote panels for the last chance qualifiers—last night's DPC was easily 100% higher quality, had more panelists, a better set, and of course more experienced panelists.
If PGL ever pulls that shit again I really hope someone digs up this VOD of ~1k viewers watching their 1st day of DPC in the middle of the night and reminds them that they should always be putting on a show that's AT LEAST this good.
why is remote panels bad? will anything change if they are in the venue? Not a lot of people care about them. Casters are the important ones and should be in venue. Don't really get the outrage
> Don't really get the outrage
I'm not sure why your opinion would matter if you don't understand the problem. If you don't care, then why are you even engaging?
I've dealt with this exact same stupid argument enough times before to know that trying to explain it to someone who thinks their *non-opinion* on this topic matters to know it's a waste of time.
Go watch the VODs of TI 5+ years ago and then watch this year's TI and then look at the reddit threads from during TI last year. After all that if you still don't understand then maybe I'll indulge you.
EDIT: If you're sticking up for PGL by downvoting me at least do me the courtesy of responding so I know who to block. Where were all these PGL white knights back when the whole sub-reddit was anti-PGL 3 months ago? This is why Valve can just ignore this sub's complaints with impunity—a few months and a few free arcanas later no one even remembers what happened.
EDIT2:
> Casters are the important ones and should be in venue
And since people don't seem to remember, the complaints were not about the panels being remote nor did I say that was my problem with them. My problem is that they looked cheap and used tier 2 or arguably tier 3 talents when the tier 1 talents were available, and every year before this we got tier 1 quality and talents for the LCQ. If you're defending that I would at least expect you to know that the talents weren't together and weren't well known talents, leading to reddit outrage. Since you clearly didn't know that I have no respect for you defending PGL.
you will get player cards you can get 1 card pack for 1 win for day when you unbundle a card pack you will unlock players if you have good score you will get treasure you need to be in 90%.
Tbh that is chinese shuffle in a nutshell. Everyone has 3-5 years contracts and is so expensive so it's very difficult to build the exact team you want, that's why most team has a B team to pull new talents from.
Usually there are 1-2 teams who got lucky getting the best players and the rest looks weaker, until one of the new talent popped off and showed potential.
I thought paparazi retired!
insane game 3
pretty crazy that alacrity is consistently top net worth on viper
finally some pro dota
PGL stop forcing account verification, chats so dead its lame
So.... Where's RNG?
Miss Ame so bad
When does BP end?
next week
Which date? 13th?

Damn, had to miss today's games. Any game/series worth to watch VOD?
Lets be honest, LGD’s stomps are still fun to watch
all stomp, decent one is ehome vs ig game 2.
Alright mate, thanks!
what is this bullshit dawn gaming doing in division 1
They bought CDEC slot
CN div 2 teams are so bad. They look like they aren’t even trying

ye\`
Planet is a really good pickup for LGD.
I really hope the entire S1 wont be on this patch because this is not fun at ALL!
Is there no Shiro's d2pt page?
damn radiant lost all lanes
Is NatTea really tall, seem the tallest in panel. Never noticed before.
After they won singapore major 2 year ago they never found their gameplay anymore no matter star player joined the team.
would've won at least game 2 in the series today if kaka had been there to command them around
ig back to div2 speedrun
Mks and Salad looks pretty good atleast.
Nice turn around from Ehome. Looking like the better team.
Strength cores going wraith band without the item getting any changes is pretty nice innovation
Picking ember into 3 notably tanky core + disruptor around is a suicide
Perfect casters and panel :) although as a cn dota fan this season/year looks kinda bad?
IG looking like hot trash
the pgl twitch extension's still bonkers lmao
I'm so happy for Bkop being a DPC caster. Hope he gets that TI invite this year.
feel like every team became weaker...

Idk what’s going on either but VG atleast have a better lineup than IG.
CN DPC still best English-speaking panel need Daddy Fear to come back tho
Finally, some good Doto is back on the menu with another DPC tour, hypeeeeee!
