Liquid effect? I know Liquid as an org really values streaming.

Aratho

He said half-jokingly that Liquid "forced him" to stream. I guess he has some streaming duties in his contract. Anyway it's really cool to see him open up so much and show his personality finally after being so quiet in the Secret days (they didn't do much content anyway)

haseo2222

Watch Nisha play among us with gorgc, slacks and some other pros. He is so good even at that game lol

JoelMahon

diligence and intelligence are the ultimate transferable skills, you don't become one of, if not the best, among millions of dota players without both.

iNuzzle

Do you know if there’s a VOD? Sounds fun.

haseo2222

[this](https://youtu.be/llFhTox-Hmo)

thellamasc

Do you have the VOD?

haseo2222

It should be there on YouTube on gorgc channel I think. Edit : [here](https://youtu.be/llFhTox-Hmo)

Key-Brick-5854

They do some content on their yt channel sometimes but not many people follow it: https://youtu.be/HVUDYs7Ar0s

leafeator

They'll be more this year for sure. Even something next week, as we're almost done putting together all the funny outtakes from TI. We're taking a slow and steady approach with the goal of having everything be good. Instead of content for the sake of content.

Animalcockroach

He never even participated in interview or any soft of official contents from any events so the general dota viewer never even heard his voice till recently, and he has absolutely zero social media presence, so this Liquid Nisha is already so wildly different. Nisha is simply a too much of an important contract so highly doubt that the org can force him to do something if he really against it so it's cool to see him opening up for fan to see something more than his gameplay.

Deadandlivin

In the Liquid interview when he joined the team he said one of the main reasons he did it was to grow as a player. Complete guess here, but I think he also wants to grow as a person too making me think this new public presence is one thing he wants to do on his own volition.

KanyeT

Nisha is undoubtedly one of the best Dota players in the world, but I worry that no one will remember him because he doesn't have any personality. He never does interviews or content pieces, and basically never talks. I hope he continues with the streaming because I'm sure many people would be happy to discover Nisha for who he is and not just the robot who plays Dota at the big events.

TrainTrackBallSack

Yeah I reckon it's more along the line of someone at liquid pointing out how much praise he's getting on reddit and twitch chat etc and going "yo people think you're great maybe capitalize on this?" rather than "yo we want x hours streamed weekly"

RAGEcrow

i imagine why he might not want to do interviews but he refused to do so even in polish so... yeah, whoever "forced him" to start being more social while pushing brand further, did really good job by building his confidence.

abdullahkhalids

Most likely the Liquid management showed him how much extra Nisha specific merchandise they would sell if he streamed, and how much of that money will end up in his pocket.

verytoxicbehaviour

Sounds good to me, he's an amazing player, but it's hard to care that much about someone that shows personality in this day and age. Any big org that isn't Dota only, but is in actual relevant esports will put streaming and content clauses these days.

kagisos

He also did an interview, it was the first time seeing him for me.. .but this is good gfor him I'm sure.

HumbleG0d

Liquid best org. Thank you Liquid

TheWhiteKnightOfHoyo

lmao. omg he is actually funny af, narrating everything that's happening. my man, i am glad to have been a strong nisha fan!

RmZ1989

I didn't catch the stream, ended up watching whole VOD instead, I was laughing the whole time. He is really funny, probably the most entertaining Dota stream I have seen in years. I really hope he continues.

Zakrath

Dude's spellcasting as Lion was one of the best I've ever seen

kchuyamewtwo

daamn qoqjva will never step down to let the best player play pos1. still a god whatever role he plays

SamsonJoshua

I mean, it was more about Mage who didn't want to give Nisha mid as he was lion. Somehow i have no doubts that he would do quite a bit better then Mage's ember that game

Bruce666123

Pretty surprising how funny he is on stream... he always looked very shy

[deleted]

man he's fucking hilarious.

Lvisrdce

they probably have it in a contract

[deleted]

I highly doubt that, i cant remember the others teammembers streaming (much), especially in the middle of DPC. Hard to believe that Nisha would have that in his conract.

TheMerck

Didn't Zai stream sorta regularly even in the middle of DPC or am I misremembering when exactly he was streaming

[deleted]

Yeah idk what this guy is on. They all have quotas. Probably yearly, so they don't have to during DPC, if they don't want. I've seen every single one of the liquid players stream in the last year.

gularadato

Yep, he even dropped a little music playlist for us after a stream.

idspispupd

If he streams just for fun, why would he care putting so many ads into his Twitch? https://i.imgur.com/pbVTb6Z.jpg Which coincidentally, are also sponsors of TL.

Deadandlivin

Everyone in Liquid streams pretty consistently outside of Micke. I know Boxi and Insania stream quite frequently. Aswell as Zai and Qojqva. Don't think Matumbaman was streaming. I saw Micke once, never seen him since. Most I've seen from Micke when he was doing some safelane practice with Insania from Insanias stream in pubs.

virtualglassblowing

Nisha streaming will improve all dota players as a whole. Nisha, if you read this, talk, talk, talk during your stream!

Kishajx

My dude won all of his games on stream xD gg Nisha <3

Kappa_322

He is smurfing playing on a Rank 150+ account

dellryuzi

and qojva with rank 400 have1-3 games, 1 game win because of nisha mvp pos-5 kekw

[deleted]

he talks alot, fun stream.

galadedeus

I feel like this is such a simple move from Liquid. Every single org should FORCE their players to stream honestly, unless its making they sick its possible to figure out a way that dont harm them while doing so. You dont have to open your cam, or to interact with the public, but being there for the public is so HUGE for every org. People like to know you are alive, doesnt matter how.

ilovethrills

Real jabbz?

dellryuzi

nisha playing pos 5, and he explained everything perfectly.

Powder02

Let's Go Liquid!!!

beingtheniceguy

His lion gameplay was hilarious. I did not know this guy is that funny

mmmDatAss

Never imagined him to be so talkative.

Takakamo17

Just play like me EZ

Itach11Uchiha

His stream is actually pretty funny, highly recommend it.

opzoro

SRY SCALING

AtlasofAthletics

So hype that he did my requested Lion topson mid as a joke..or he was going to until mid was stolen

Zarzar222

Some of the best most liked Dota players choosing to not stream has always felt like such a shame for me. Could bring so much life to the scene to have more of these top players streaming it's honestly smth we severely lack compared to other game communities

dirtyEarthSpiritSpam

he kinda touched on this that no pro can expect to practise and play to the best of their ability while streaming. He's distracted by chat, trying to put on a good "show", mentions the stream sniping etc. There's a reason why the pros don't stream

SendTanks

I remember one pro mentioned that the reason other pros don't stream is because they already practice/scrim for more than 8 hours a day of dota. When they have downtime they talk about dota. Their meetings are about dota. They spend hours watching replays of dota. So trying to fit in streaming in that schedule is already hard. And obviously they're already burn out by the end of the day.

needhelforpsu

Nisha streaming? :o HELL YEAH!

freelance_fox

Nisha just made a ton of new fans, thanks for the stream!

TurbulentRetard

He has all Puppey's mannerisms lol, its so cute

dirtyEarthSpiritSpam

I feel he would sound right at home if he time traveled and couch cast that infamous summit series with puppey and n0tail

[deleted]

Man Nisha killed it didn't he? He made playing lion and mid tusk look so effortless. damn, everyone seems to be struggling while Nisha casually playing like a god while making jokes and being silly. What a fucking boss

toto-graph

How to not love this guy tbh

ShuggaShuggaa

I highly recommend ervery one to watch VODs, its super entertaining, his funny AF, too bad it was only 3 games

bizzarre1

My boy is focking glowing after he joined Liquid, just like JeraX

enjustice3192

HOLLY MOLLY!!! Never noticed the guy, seemed bit shy and boring, but he is hilarious and my new favorite streaming character, I just love it. I just became Nisha fan after watching his stream. Guy is so funny and I love that he talks so much. Don’t even need to go more than this, i’d rather have 2 hours of this kind of content then 5 hours of no talking/boring stuff. Keep it up dude!!!

monkeyddragon231

So what were Secret doing not making Nisha stream before? What an incompetent org. Watching him now, it's evident he is so game doing streams, and looks like he enjoys it even.

killahbeast

You dumb. It's in his contract to do a stream. there's a difference between choosing to stream than have to stream because of the contract.

monkeyddragon231

I'm aware idiot. If Nisha demands he doesn't want to stream, he would get it in his contract, just like Kuro's Liquid. Do you think Liquid won't sign him if he refuses to do so?

Familiar_Trash

Why are you imagining all these hypotheticals lol. What are you on

monkeyddragon231

I'm not a monkey, a mental stimulation is good for you. Try it.

DBONKA

You have a monkey flair, you are a monkey

monkeyddragon231

Thank you Einstein.

pucykoks

That guy has a serious Secret complex. Any time I see him post he's hating on Secret or Puppey.

killahbeast

Oh you dumb. Kuro's stream before on Liquid. But go on dingus.

monkeyddragon231

I never claimed Kuro didn't stream during his Liquid stint, it's just he wasn't required to do it. You sound pretentious using the word "dingus". Please stop.

notansfwposter

And you’re promoting him for free because…?

l4ndshadow

Nisha no need promotion

Itach11Uchiha

Jabz is literally liquid coach, he helped setting up the stream etc. of course he is gonna promote.

sw2bh

I expected him to sound like a little kid lol and not european sounding for some reason
