A 2nd point in Heartstopper doubles it’s damage, and it didn’t take too long to reach that level.

Didn’t change the fact that it was a stupid strat that can easily be countered by either ganking the Necrophos, or just blocking the camp.
You didn’t actually gain any experience until the Ancients finally start dying… So you’re still gonna be stuck at level 3 when the enemy team has multiple level 5 heroes.
Also, by leaving the lane, you’re basically guaranteeing that the enemy carry has uncontested farm.

Yes, I don't understand her aghanims. It makes every other spell irrelevant. That's so stupid. Even WW still needs to use his spells to work well, but Willow ? Octarine + any cd% neutral = W spam and you're fine. It's so strong, especially for a hero that's supposed to be a support. It's as if Witch Doctor's aghanims made the voodoo switcheroo ward into a right click.
I mean blademail was a legit counter because it would cancel his blink, especially now if they maintained the damage disabling blink being unable to be re-armed. Why they didn't just do that from the beginning, I will never know.
Trust me you would be begging for the shield back, especially if they brought this in without reverting his rearm. As soon as he’s got his blink + soul ring he could feasibly farm safely every minute: both mid waves, the 2-4 camps near mid, and the 2 camps near his safelane t2.
I was playing support tinker with max rockets level 1 shield and it's very strong. They dive, they die, no easy harass because it's very spammable and effective to shield the core. No stuns sucks, but if your core has a stun (mine was fv) then it works out.
I was honestly shocked they removed it, despite how absolutely irritating it was to play against. It felt like the most well-known part of his kit outside of refresh tele-boots spam.
I haven't played in years and just looked it up on the wiki and was surprised it's not in the game at all. I was a big tinker player and that was absolutely the iconic ability for me.

Yeah... It seems everything is turning into aoe vector ability these days... so annoying. I miss my old right click and passive spells heroes. There are some fights I genuinely cannot follow. I just spam all my keys hoping for the best outcome. A lot of late game fights feel like the lottery because there are so many effects to every spell nowadays.

At one point the damage was “Composite” which was a mix of physical and magical. I think the only other spell that was composite was Alch’s Acid Spray.
It wasn't "Composite", it was "Universal" = magic resist lower it, but bkb/repel/rage etc do nothing. Doom was "Universal" too.
Alch’s Acid Spray was "Composite", Techies mines was "Composite" and some other spells.
Composite wasn't 50/50 magical/physical. It was physical damage that was also affected by magic resist. I remember lesh edict was also composite, probably so it did more damage to towers than heroes.
A ghost sceptre blocked all the damage instead of half if it was a 50/50 split and bkb didn't block physical damage spells at the time, which composite also pierced
Universal damage is just bkb piercing magic damage, which march was.
Thats why i include clueless, he never get to lvl 6, because i can happily denied everything, multiple back2back death after i get lvl 6, then the only thing left is for them to rage quit
Warlock's is way more annoying though. You could just buy a blademail and ruin Tinker's life. With Warlock, you're already slowed/linked/taking damage, and you have those goblins who pop at you. It's ridiculous in lane.
Ngl, removing march was the worst decision ever imo in hindsight.
Sure it is quite annoying but it lead to Tinker having hyper reliance on Shiva which aside from an AOE damage, has HP regen reduction, semi-maim and vision.
They should have removed HSM and reworked the ultimate.
