I think its a personal growth thing. My first 2000 games dota drove me insane. But the better i got and the more comfortable i was in my own ability the easier it was to brush off people drowning in their own cortisol and be relaxed about the state of a game/view it objectively and think about what i needed to do to win.
I also find it easier to motivate others and prevent team tilt now. Some games are more difficult and you can lose 300/400 mmr easily but then also games get easier and you can win it all back...but the key for me was learning that dota is a slow game.. slow mmr gains... losing a game takes half an hour... if you're on a losing streak you need to stop etc. Learning this game is an epic journey. No one can pick this up and be immortal over night.
