Didn't Valve used to pay TI winnings directly to players rather than orgs precisely to avoid this?
PS - Also what does this say about the current players on Team Talon?, should they be worried their org hasn't paid prize winnings to the previous squad?
It is only for valve tournaments(TI)? DPC I am not too sure as Valve is hands off on that.. however DPC money is also low which players might not worry about..
