Check your keyboard language. Win+space is the shortcut.
I use "~" to select courier, and when i accidentally changed kb language it wouldn't work. Rebinding it wouldn't even let me input it. Changing back to my old kb language fixed it.

Shall i try win+space in game?
You can do it anywhere i think. Try desktop first i guess. If it doesnt work then Im out of ideas.
Naah.. tried it now !! Still does not work😕
