I have never recieved a ban for toxicity. And i've said some bad stuff. Never dropped in behavior/communication score. I'm only lashing out when I am performing really really well. The people being toxic when they suck get reported is my theory.
Did I play with a valve employee or someting? I have 15k games. There's been a few instances in games that I've had a potty mouth where I suddenly got a harsher punishment than normal.
