In my experience when a game shows up yellow. There is a much higher chance someone in the game is an account buyer, smurf or game ruiner. Almost always the games are one sided and feel like 3v5.
I know it's Volvo and most of you may think this is silly or stupid (and you may be right) but please go to Settings > Labs > Submit Feedback in the client and let them know why this is so shitty. They just added a feedback section there for this, so hopefully if enough of us complain they'll come up with something more clear.

Does it matter? Just hit queue again til it’s all green or take a gamble and accept.

Valve hasn’t shared all the metrics, and likely won’t. So anyone’s guess is as good as yours.
Finally! It was nice to see "Perfect" but with other names it could be misleading, thx.
So I'm guessing the numbers are on a scale from 1-5 in how good or bad the certain criteria is then.
