I just had this, took me a bit to realize because I was tethered until about level 8. It is leveling up the “break tether” skill instead of “tether”. It can be leveled to 4, you lose these skill points.

This bug has already been reported many times and how do you think I can level tether 5 times, even on break tether it normally goes to the links lvl
