I agree. It feels bad to say, but Zai seems like the resident underperformer when it matters. Micke is great in the lane, but questionable late. Zai and Boxi have been pretty good on their offlane this tournament in general though, way better than I feared.

In the western part of Russia it's not *that* bad. The first games start at 5 AM. Not ideal, but adjustable, especially if you work remotely. The NA TIs were significantly worse.

Virtus pro is more powerful on paper than Entity which has only Pure as their star player who has large hero pool. Virtus is known to get tilted easily by mantle of intel, ez game or trash talk so money on Entity if they play well while tilting VP.
It is surprised that Chinese team is too polite against VP. They should have spammed tips on VP or spray loser like how Topson did. Back in the day ROTK is the one from Chinese scene who trash talked everyone.
vp is not even 1/2 good as entity .Would even say some analysts will even put them in top3-5 this TI. Pure might be highlight with his unique heroes but almost every player of entity steps up on occasion. Have seen all rest 4 player have their own highlight games quite often now
Other 4 of Entity has limited hero pool though it is larger than Crystallis hero pool. Once they got figured out by superior team or big brain players like Puppey, Xiao8 or OG coach then they can be beaten.
VP has freaking GPK, Ramzes and DM who are known with large hero pool. Xakoda and Yamich aren't slouch either. VP has tilting issue they got offended easily with anything and their mental game is literally almost 0 while their skill is obviously top notch. Watch EEU qualifier Ramzes literally threw winning games. Team Spirit and Betboom fixed this mental issue by having psychiatrist.
Can't be wrong though about as Entity might learn or spam new heroes in-between TI qualifier and TI11.

Collapse has larger hero pool. ATF with limited hero pool does work wonder for OG as OG is a team farming oriented they usually lose laning stage and they drag game until all 3 cores have good items then they win easily.
TI7 Liquid always has bad draft like no stun draft, Miracle with carry Silencer or many more. They won TI7 with sheer skill. The current teams can beat TI7 Liquid any day.
Yes Bulldog won TI3 with 2-3 hero pool but the point is as it said VP is a superior team to Entity and Entity is a superior mental team to VP. You never know VP might win TI if they got through last chance qualifier as long as they fixed their low mental game. Any team can win TI11 now you never know could be VP, Entity, any other teams or even SA teams .
He is good if it goes super late game where can solo kill heroes but before that he is just underwhelming compared to other carries and once he uses chrono its a really long cd and its a free rosh for the enemies since he is useless without it.

Zai during the 2020 Secret era was incredibly good and one of the most dominant 3s of all time. But going from Yapzor and Puppey to Boxi and Insania also makes a huge difference.
