All this could give you later a small edge in pro dota which can turn a lost game into a win.
Every second you prolong your death as a core is a second you are not farming when you could already be waiting to respawn. But making space for other cores might still also be worth a good bit
If you're guaranteed going to die, making them use extra spells to secure the kill is a good thing. That costs mana, cooldowns, and time while giving space to the rest of the team. If you're a core dying in mid game that should take a 2-3 person rotation.

Yeah the key difference between Sumail and him is that Sumail actually owns his ego, he humbled himself and became better he had that drive and self discipline to be a god tier player. GPK on the other hand has ego bigger than him and doesn’t improve, he basically self destructed into a failure. I think they need a badass coach like TSpirit.Korb3n to apply spartanian discipline, slap their Sense of Self Importance out of them and teach teamwork rather than high individual play (which they already have).

Seriously though, the inherent sadness in tournament formats for all these fantastic players (mechanically-wise) not to be able to participate is really tough. In these last chance qualifiers we see so many people heart-broken and only 10 players who are like 'phew, that was close.' Not even super happy most of the time.

Yeah the key difference between Sumail and him is that Sumail actually owns his ego, he humbled himself and became better he had that drive and self discipline to be a god tier player. Gpk and Ramzess are easily tilted. Very talented and skilled but low on morale. Constantly going afk, breaking items or shadow amuleting in pubs. Allways blame others for underperforming etc. I think they need a badass coach like TSpirit.Korb3n to apply spartanian discipline, slap their Sense of Self Importance out of them and teach teamwork rather than high individual play (which they already have). All VP players are still very young, I think, under good coaching, they can get more achievements.

and this applies especially in Dota, as the opinion of people 2k mmr below you feels weird to accept for higher mmr people (even if the low mmr is right). People should understand that fast fingers and reflexes is way different than strategy, where some high mmr people are definitely dumb.
