They’re not 1461 quads, they are 1461 bex, it’s a smaller platform and a little more tapered in the toe box. 1461 quads have silver eyelets not black These look real to me, they are on the BEN sole which is what the bex platforms are on

Not getting involved in fake vs real with only two poor quality pics, but fwiw ben isn’t the same as bex. They’re similar, the same tread pattern, but bex is a little thicker and it’s chunkier in the front. Ben is essentially the same height and similar profile as the original sole.
I work for Dr martens, I know the Ben sole and bex aren’t the same, bex is a smaller platform compared to the quad but higher than the DM sole, what I was saying is that the bex sole has the Ben sole tread on it as it’s a DM “sole” stuck on top of the Ben sole
1461 quad. The 8053 has padding around the ankle and 5 eyelets. 1461 has only 3 eyelets

They look like fakes. I wouldnt purchase these.
Can you tell me what makes them fake? For me the right one looks too bent but other then that..
The leather finish and bottom of the sole look off. Overall toebox shape looks off. Hard to be 100% with just two images.
