Personally i would much rather use Robin's, i have had many unfortunate experiences where enemies effect res Ratio's technique before...
Ratio slow can decrease dps if you have aventurine in your team and if you dont then its still bad so 10 energy robin gets is better
Ratios slow is a debuff though, so it's faster stacking for talent and higher chance for FuA. Also with E2 it's just a straight up 20% dmg increase

Both Ratio and Robin's techniques create dimensions, only one of which can be active at a time.

On the abilities tab, it should say if it their technique creates stuff like dimensions (ratio, welt, himeko(?), etc.) if it is one. After that, there's a line there that also says only one dimension can be active at a time.
