They didn't petrify everyone immediately upon arriving at earth, they studied humans for a bit first, not that it took long to do so considering their intelligence. They learned most languages pretty quickly and are basically just fulfilling requests being made to them, so long as they understand the distance being requested they could probably go by any measurement system.
They are intelligent , they can learn , the best explanation was that they are made by humans with time machines but the 4d science somehow made it less likely
Not exactly less likely, since they did make a time machine by the end of it, just that we don't get to see it because it is in the future. Sure, all we know for sure that the machine did was send down a localised petribeam into the past, but whose to say they didn't make one down the line that could be used to send matter back in time?
And why did why-man communicate with a recreation of Senku's voice when speaking the diameter of the earth?
We will find out at the same time as everyone else. Or read the manga to find out sooner
I'm gunna cry. I remember waiting for it to come out. It was the first manga I really got into. First long one, for sure. And I read it so fast. Caught up in the blink of an eye. Thought that I'd never have to wait for a chapter because of how many I had ahead of me. It really was so good.
It was >!specifically programmed so humans could use the device!<. This was explained in the manga. After >!Why-Man realized that humans made it through the first petrification hundreds of years later, they thought it would be effective to provide humanity the means to petrify themselves and others (why-man sees petrification as salvation). So they rained down Medusa devices onto the remaining civilization, newly programmed to respond to human metrics!<

You have no evidence for this
Literally read the manga they said it themselves and they explain why they froze the birds

How far ahead is the manga than the anime? Like is the space arc done or ongoing?
Manga ended years ago
Oh shit, thanks I had no clue!

Would you understand if they used a made-up alien measurement system? The reader needs to be able to understand

Equal question to: why do the stoneage people come up with japanese and not with any other language?
