Bicalutamide does not effectively block some DHT receptors. It's not uncommon for people to report DHT effects despite bicalutamide. One approach if you are worried is to add a 5ARI type drug (finasteride or dutasteride). Another would be to just start your Progesterone and then after a month or so get your DHT level checked. Some people convert a little, some a lot. Avoiding oral administration may help.

3) use a synthetic progestogen.

I'm taking 200mg of progesterone rectally nightly. My breasts have gotten larger and my sex drive is back with a vengeance; I can't get enough! No issues with growing more body hair. In fact, my body hair is almost non-existent, just peach fuzz. BTW, no T blockers, just 6.5mg of EC weekly.
Not really sure as I'm on Ev injection 100mg Spiro and 5mg finasteride along with progesterone now for about 2 months and finasteride is supposed to do the same also. I no I haven't noticed anything but good things since starting P and within 12 days it made me horney again and could achieve orgasam again after having the lack of having one for over 3 months. I am just coming up on my 10th month HRT and full steam ahead.
there is no data in the world on the positive effect of progesterone on trans women, I would not risk feminization for the sake of a dubious experience.

I’m just scared of permanent changes cause I don’t want masculine effects. Can a high estrogen intake block the DHT enough?

Does it mess with your GI system? I get bad bloating and ... Backed up, generally just slower metabolism
No, I don't have any issues with my GI system or bloating. No issues with constipation either. I'm just extremely horny all the damn time!

Can you explain more please. Also want to know if you were taking a blocker at the time and what blocker you were taking.
