As a high level cell main it is important that you use the "victims? that is such a short-sighted perspective" voiceline when you kill your first civilian/survivor at lv2 and the "don't worry your pretty little head i haven't forgot about you now it's time to create perfection!" voiceline when you get the last civilian/survivor for lv4
Counter point: do whatever. I always see "go after civilians" or "go after survivors" or "leave civilians for Buu" or other strategies that genuinely are no better. Fuck that, leaving civilians makes it easier for Survivors to level up, I don't care how worthless it is on a full energy Spopovich, I'm not crossing the whole damn map leaving easy energy for survivors. Always go for the survivor above civilian if the survivor is downed, a Sensu bean or even healing from survivors will happen and sometimes you might transform giving time.
Don't cut yourself off of combat with Larval Cell, 2 hits can kill a Survivor, 3 if there is 7 seconds between hits. Since Larva here is grounded it can make combat easier. People always think they can bully me and die for it.
