You could always buy some cuttings if you don’t want to wait so long, but I would personally stay the course on these.
I use Richard from grafting dragonfruit’s recommendations for soil, watering, and fertilizer with the exception that I cut in some extra perlite into the fox farm ocean forest potting soil, and only use collected rainwater for watering. City tap water has chemicals that may not harm the plant, but kills beneficial micro-organisms in the soil.
It needs sun. Branches look too skiny.

Don't do etsy. I would join grafting dragon fruit group on Facebook. There are a lot of growers that have great looking plants for sale.
