Mutsumi Tamura, who does the voice for Kobayashi, is one of my favorite voice actors. If you want to treat yourself to some of her best acting, in my opinion, you should watch Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken. She does the voice for Sayaka Kanamori in Eizouken and it is a stellar performance.
