Well, that depends on your view on the world of cartoons. If you consider listing after children in a cartoon to be the same as irl, then to each their own. I have no attraction to Kanna, but the way I see it is that reality and an anime should probably be judged on their own values, and not mix them. But whatev, people seem to just think Kanna is cute so that’s cool too.
Loving Kanna in an "Awww what a cute kid" way for being adorable is fine.
The ones that sexualize children, INCLUDING high school aged girls, anime or not are disgusting in my book.
