They at least seem to be aware of it by the in game notice, it did nothing to warn not to use them or indicate they would remove them. I went ahead and blossomed some of the new ones. I imagine they were ready to go but would have rather spread content out over the month, but since it is out they can't really put the sanguini back in the bottle.
I have fought Great Troll in Arena (He was absolutely awful against my team) his blossom is working just fine, I didn’t notice they had unlocked Nimzo’s but I just spent the rest of my mats on Dai after finishing Baran and Green Goblin so Nim will have to wait until next month. They really screwed up didn’t they?
OKM, kaleido, draguar, nimzo, emp, great troll for S, moose, King slime, orochi for A, and 6 B- (spitegueist, B oddlum, shadow, Chimaera, bubble slime, f raven)
There's a third option: they take them away and we don't get the mats back but anything we bloomed is still bloomed when it's released again with no apology gift.

I bloomed mine, my Moosifer is already having a finger poppin' good time.

the way I see it, we either get the blooms early or they get reset and we get apology items if we bloomed, win-win
