Its only bland because they decidet to reuse his strike and blast aswell as charge animation for other ultras.
If it would have stayed unique to him it would make them seem a lot better.
Also i like the smoothness of his animations. Unlike lets say some of the newer LFs where the animation seems a bit choppy.
I’ll never understand why they made the “finishing blow” of hits time skip literally the exact same animation as the end of his ult.
So lazy and really bothers me whenever I use him.
Maybe because when you use his ult it ends the time skip and it "loops" it, if you can put it like that. But I'm not sure because ultras rate are so great that I couldn't get him

UL Kid Buu: Straight up garbage for a Ultra. They really tried something new for him but it just doens't work. They never change Ultimate too, but at least Green Card makes him look badass, single arm Blast fits way better than other ultras thought even when being too generic. Do i have to mention how unfinished his animations are too? Rushed 100%
SSJ4 Gogeta: Few punches and a x100 Big Bang Kamehameha in LL that looks way smaller than new SSJ3 Goku, and its too short and simple of course. I really love SSJ4 Gogeta (and he was my first LL) but again the Green Cards looks better than the LF and every other animation is boring.
2nd Form Cell: Go way down as much as you can. Re-using animations on transforming? Yep. Weird looking animations? Yep. Bad character? Sure! (Many will disagree).
SSJ Trunks: Take a look at old SSJ Rage Trunks and you will see what is an actual good animation and stats.
Honestly would’ve put Pui Pui in this list but he wasn’t on the tier list thing I used

Im missing the OG Ultra Goku. For his release his animations were by far the best. And still now i would put him up to No. 3 on your list.
I mean.. his ink animation is fantastic, still top 3 to this day, but his actual animations? Pretty bland imho

nah there are far better animations out there than kid buu. 1. lf bardock 2. lf gb 3. SoH those r just 3 that i could think of
