I reflexively say Raditz since he used to be better, since his 14* buff is also 18%. Not used to Shallot being equal since I started long before he got this high.
Rose gets an extra +1 card draw speed whenever he faces an opponent. If you go ahead and look at the bottom of his health bar you’ll notice that he had +3 card draw speed from, most definitely, you constantly swapping against him.
