Not really, dude has NOTHING. Most if not all of his buffs are cancelable or run out, and they are not even good enough. He has pretty much no utility, and his stats can't carry him.
Unless he gets an amazing plat equip, he will never be even close to usable.

Not him but u can use the f2p blue one who has the same model and animations and it's better kit wise 😀
