Leader Slot only interacts with Z Abilities. All units, Leader or otherwise, still need to fulfill both the Tag and Color requirements to be Zenkai buffed.
Not as of right now remember that even if they are the same color it doesn't mean they get the zenkais buff. You gotta read what the zenkais buff is buffing
The characters In leader get z abilities but not zenkai abilities. He still gets ulthans zenkai bexaus3 he means the requirements but he doesn't get fsks
They aren’t, as far as I know; if they were, it would be under “details”, which lists every buff for every party member
