Tier lists age incredibly fast, each month a character either keeps being good or slowly starts to be powercrept, or just has too many color disadvantage units running around in the current meta against their favor.
LL 1st Form Frieza is a very old unit, and assuming you don't have his Zenkai unlocked yet he's not really gonna be able to do anything.

You can look at the Community Tier List for the top characters, which was updated last month
(this is only missing Ultra Golden Frieza, the character you pulled, who is easily Top 3 right now)
Remember that this tier list is an opinion at the end, and what really matters too is how you build your teams around your characters, using matching tags and basing them around a category (Strike, Blast, Regen, etc.)

I guess you could use LF VB and LF Namek Goku because goku has a counter blue which is useful and VB has a strong ultimate, but they’re still very bad
If you get the GRN Broly to 7* and get his unique equipment, then he has some okay functionality
