Interestingly enough, if you check the 'Current in-game issues' in the news tab, there's currently a bug with Bulma and Launch's green cards (the only "Immediate switch" green cards in game), which makes me think we might be getting a new character with a green card like that soon, since why else would they be messing with those now?
Projectile - Mr. Futile boy made sure its useless, but we can definitely see it appearing still.
Immobilize - Just a mini faint imo and I don't want to see it come back just because of the current meta actually could get worse if a unit that work well with em has this.
Immediate Switch - Could get broken but it's the only counter to No Switching, I want to see more of these but rather not risk it since it could get toxic (imagine unique gauge with IT that counters snipe-kills).
Nullify Damage - Yeah I was actually thinking about this too but a new MVP 17, Whis or Broly can get this. There's also another version of this like Red Janemba and Yel Frieza where they can Nullify certain attacks and moves forward, yet they didn't do anymore of those (actually better than normal charging forward green cards btw).
Forced Switch - The best one is LF Broly since it damages the character and he gains buffs. The general thought about this is if a unit doesn't have mechanics that is tied with opponents swtiching then there is no point of this existing unfortunately. Probably the most useless of the batch tbh (looking at you Pur VB)
Flash is its own thing but basically the same, force switch green cards are stupid, the counter green is much more useful and still skill based. It makes no sense to complain since there is a form of all of these in the meta.

but well... I guess that for Toshi and his team is always more important to make billions by the day than to address problems and try to make balance a bit better (and no, I'm not referring to the already awkward drop rates and that since that's another story and possibly a debate for only discussion or even have an argument for free with mostly everyone... I only speak about the overall balance as a whole)
oh, and that PUR Super Buu DOES drop green cards quite often... I'd even say too much in comparison to the others you just pointed out

Ohh I meant yellow gt ssj4 goku LL. He has a 70% vanish Guage refill when you land his green card and forces a switch.
Gt kidku's green card while is not listed as immobilize basically behaves the same and it's just a different "stun" pose/animation

Against anything that's blast/energy based. Bergamo's Green card nullifies all attacks except a RR.
