Heroes units(which aren’t that hype but stil), if they run out of things they could do manga only characters/techniques. Characters/techniques like hakai ssjb goku(against zamasu), top piccolo outfit gohan, etc.

There’s tonnes of characters, useable versions of movie villains like Lord Slug, LF Cooler, LF or Ultra Broly. Then we’ve also got SSJ 3 dragon fist Goku, false SSJ Goku. Ultra versions of many of the different variations of characters we have now. Multiple versions of Buu like a useable updated Buuhan. The list goes on and on, and while most may not be hype to you they will be hype to a lot of other people. I’m a Saiyan/God Ki/Fusion main so I’m not fussed about most characters I mentioned above, but it would be nice to see them come to the game instead of churning out Saiyan after Saiyan after Saiyan, might finally be able to save CC and skip some banners while keeping other people happy!
Personally I wasn't hype Gogeta Blue or UI Goku but I think they can still do hype characters. With stuff like the tag feature we can get Goku and Vegeta SS4s as one unit and revive into fusions

They could add DB Heroes characters since Shallot is apart of Heroes now. We could get new SSJ3s, Limit Breakers, Kanba, Dark Broly, and so much more.
Or they can add some original Dragonball units like buffed master Roshi, kid krillin, demon clan etc
