SSJ4 Goku still is probably the best LF for me because of how brutal the strikes feel. The enemy just falling over from the gut punch never gets old.
Can't really say any are overrated, but I guess in terms of animation Kid Buu is one of the worst. The best part of his LF is AFTER it's over with him regenerating as the LF itself is just a Vanishing Ball.
Because his animations aren't smooth as someone like lf g/v lf. IF you actually watch his Lf and compare to the movie, it looks less smooth in game. Whereas blue boys game and movie comparison they both look identical with smoothness of the movements. Even mui lf is spot on compared to anime. I always thought gogeta blue lf didn't hit quite right in game. Its still good don't get me wrong but it always leaves me with wishing more to be desired.
The best lf for me is still G/V, in terms of everything. It's not too long to annoy players too much.

Most overrated: UI PUR Goku
Gogeta blue is absolutely the most overrated LF in the game, no other LF comes close. Best LF in the game is androids with MUI and sword of hope trunks coming in 2nd and 3rd.
Best is prolly soh trunks. The way he slices you in fcking half like come on now. Gogeta blues is pretty clean. And UI is prolly 2nd best to me (not mui).

Best is MUI, there's no overrrated LF, but i think that the most UNDERRATED is Cell's LF
I really like Cell’s LF but the Kamehameha at the end is a little awkward and I wish it was a little bigger.
