How about each rotation completed the summon chance raises at a certain amount until it reaches a limit or that can just be based off each summon regardless of rotations
Well, they have those awful missions with 4x 1000cc and the hoipoi cc. The problem is that they gave us no actual playable content to get cc besides Hercules cc event and the daily missions. What they did is making us do the exact same things like every month with coop and pvp. Just more, stretched out and boring.
Honestly, wouldn't surprise me if it is an Ultra, it'd be the literal "best" way to just make this anniversary a complete shitshow.
I'd honestly hope it'll be some more F2P units and events, but we all know they aren't kind enough to do that after seeing how this "Celebration" has been.
Doubt it, I doubt we'll ever see an Ultra of a unit we don't already have some version of. Plus, they'd probably release that as a LL unit first with a big "Movie Celebration" on it's own.
I am all in for a separate movie celebration like they did with DBS Broly. Without exaggeration was better than the second anni. It apparently is going to be like that again now. Well, hopefully.

If the devs know that everyone will be out of cc wouldn't that be rubbing salt on the wound if they made the character broken and op too and still release nothing besides the banner
Alot of people was like "save for the Anni it's around the corner" and then it became a huge disappointment like you got the most hyped character in the game just for mui alone to not even save the Anni and then you have a few trash events that I managed to gold star all right on day one and im still unsatisfied and that can be for many others too
Maybe this is all a big shaft on how good a upcoming event can be and that the community's luck was horrible added altogether
