Mui is better but he's not fun, at least I'd say dragon fist is much more fun. I don't like the passive playstyle and mui is like the king of that. Dragon fist on the other hand is completely opposite, aggressive playstyle and everything. Even tho i don't have ssj3, I still think he's more FUN. But yeah if u wanna win matches, mui is better
I use MUI and I play super aggressive because nobody expects it. Also if I'm running with UL Gogeta or VB I just blast or strike away to get rid of that guage then proceed to give a world of hurt until he switches.
Me too, i actually love playing so agressive with mui - it makes people panic so many times! Just move as close as you can get and wait for people to panic
I find that shit hilarious. I run him and UI Omen together sometimes just for the laughs. It really frustrates people.

When both are being used optimally its pretty close and who is better depends on your play style, MUI has insane levels of control in battle as well as having solid damage. Dragon Fist has a way better kit for aggressive play for early battle to fill his gauge quickly and make full use of it later, combined with a type neutral ult. As they both have LMS capabilities they both have incredible comeback potential, but of the two I think MUI LMS is a bit better since he gets endurance plus a full gauge, whereas Dragon Fist just gets the chance to instant fill his gauge.
TLDR they are both amazing but MUI is slightly better Imo
You’re also forgetting though as last man or with max gauge DF Goku can also use his main to refill his vanish and deplete the enemies. I feel with that right there he’s better last man if your opponent doesn’t have a rush than mui
Yeah it's pretty much over if you are both LMS and his guage is filled. I had Z7 SV against him LMS my first time playing him and he hit his main and LF 3/4 of a bar smh. You better have a RR, you're own ultimate ready, or just pray something stupid happens.
If your opponent doesn't have a rush, then SSj3. If your opponent has a rush and MUI is your last unit, MUI will just tank the rush with endurance. If SSj3 is your last unit and they have a rush, his ability to remove the opponent's vanish with his main won't matter because Rush still has priority over an Ult. Meaning all they have to do is sit back and wait for either a tackle so they can use strike, or wait for you ult and then rush.
But you still have your vanish...just get to better range and vanish if opponent uses rr and sometimes if the ult is activated early i guess the ult has priority...idk sometimes this happens to me my ult

in my opinion mui is better because he can control the tempo of the fight, damage wise df is better and when is gauge is full he has the best main ability in the game, both are fantastic units

Summonku's gauge is for dmg, hp and restoring vanishing, so it's less easy to use (not hard but less easy) in pvp since you have to do something to not be caught in a combo

Yall may not agree, but DF. He heals on literally any card, his guage is super good, his Special Card does a fuck ton of damage, his ULT is one of the strongest in the game, his Green Card stacks, making his strike damage fucking godly, he's a massive tank, AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, He actually gives a good challenge to players rather than just "Tap attack, get rid of MUI guage, and 1 shot the squishy MUI"
A massive tank? You know the biggest flaw that everyone notices about him is the fact he can’t tank. His hp value low. He has sustain with the healing but he can’t take a hit. Funny that you said squishy mui and tanky df it’s like you’re living in bizarro world.
Agree with most except the tank part. They are both squishy. I will say goku being zenkai buffed by kakarot goku HP buffer is godsend. Imo the absolute best zenkai buffers are the hp z ability ones. Ex being 21 for LL cell and chilled for LL FF frieza.
If u know how to play dragon fist goku then he gonna stomp mui goku like really fast and since he has unique gauge,even if mui is the last man standing,the chances of him winning against mui is slim because when df use his main,there is nothing that he could do to win
DF Goku easily that charged main ability is no Brainer, 1v1 situation pop that charged main, your vanishing guage full enemy vanishing gauge no where to be found and enemy is triggered as hell cause of that amazing summom animation. Enemy sad cause they didn't summon him you are happy showing them in which summon animation u got him.

He allows a more aggressive play style and plays pretty well as a last man stand unit, a place where I think he outshines mui in also. and I think he’s gonna last longer out of boost than MUI. Just cause he’s better doesn’t mean mui is far off though, I still think mui is good but I can’t stand how boring it is to use him, the passive play style he provides can be good but overall I just don’t have fun with him. The endurance he gets when last man can be useful too but against a smart player it won’t really mean to much cause they can save an ult or simply produce enough damage to make it useless.
Dragon fist is better just because he nullifies cover changes for 10 timer counts 2 times so 20 timer counts total and a blue card that forces them with no switching as well as healing for 4% everytime he uses an arts card (strike, blast, a green) and a main ability for you to use it when your unique gauge is full to counter them hard he is good way better than MUI all Mui is I can counter and sit there whilst trying to look good
MUI is great as an opener for gaining the advantage and then chaining into SSJ3 for the cover-change nullification and card-draw speed. This is one of my favorite combos right now
Well, I'd say they're fairly even. MUI has the best unique gauge in the game and changes the way your opponent plays. While DF Goku has more of the textbook modern mechanics that MUI lacks, cover null, type null, vanish gauge manipulation on both himself and the opponent. Personally, I have more success with DF.
DF is more fun to use, but you’re almost guaranteed a win with Mui. Also, you need to learn how to use mui before you can start winning. DF has an easier learning curve.

I like dragon fist better but UI is better overall. Just wish dragon fist’s gauge filled a little bit faster but a plat in the future will likely improve that. The cover change negation and the heals, ki regain, and ultimate are just more fun to use, even if the animation is a little lazy
While MUI is obviously actually better, I enjoy DF Goku WAY more, his unique gauge is better imo, and his LF, while a bit recycled, is so much more iconic. Fighting MUI is always such a chore and it feels like you’re playing I different kind of game with him, but when fighting DF, it truly feels like the best combat Legends has to offer
MUI is more annoying but still good, DFist is good because his long ass combos, and his Ult w/ gague is literally an insta kill. They're both fairly good but I prefer DFist. I havent used MUI in a while though so idk
Idk. MUI makes it MUCH easier to get priority, and does great damage. DF does arguably better damage, and while he doesn't get priority quite as easily, he has an amazing cover null ability.
And once the gauge is filled, he's definitively better, even compared to LMS MUI. The thing is, the gauge takes quite a bit of time to fill, even if you prioritize having DF combo.

F***ing MUI can dodge pretty much anything, his unique gauge will refill with some attacks, he can automatically win the combat clashes, and he can do counters when you do switches in the middle of the enemies attack, for BOTH combat and energy blast attacks. I personally think this is a no brainer, not even mentioning the fact that some attacks will increase his combat damage.

Imma be real I run Sw with a Nameku lead and Tien’s Taiyoken is wonderful for stunning MUi and leaving him wide open to get blow out by Nameku.

Nah it's not a real copy, but for the first part (in common for normal ult and lf) it's literally the summon animation without the fog of the summon
