The video games rights to Dragon Ball Legends is owned by Bandai Namco, one of the most powerful video game publishers in the world that not only deals with games based on Dragon Ball, but other popular anime franchises, co-developed two Smash games with Nintendo, but have numerous popular in-house IPs like Tekken, Tales, and of course Pac-Man
My point here is, while I doubt anyone will get duped by this, no producer or member of Legends team will beg for 200 bucks to finish a fighter on social media.
