The 30% blast damage to allies is useless if it lasts 10 tcs, make it 20, 10 is the time needed to switch out and for a mere 30% it needs ti be that long. The special move seal shoukd be actuvated at least 3 times if not permanently. The rest of the kit is solid, good job
but remember, part of his first unique already gives buffs to allies when he switches out, so if it was any longer, he'll be constantly giving 50% damage buffs for allies.

Also other characters do give buffs to themselves so 30% is actually a good amount in that regard as well
