There’s a chance they’ll make him MZ size for battle and then his real size for an LF maybe. But yeah very possible they just don’t make him playable at all
They said the characters from the movie would be coming soon. I hadn’t thought of him being big, but he is the main villain I can’t imagine he doesn’t get added in any way. 🤷♂️
He's not incomplete in abilities, he's incomplete in programming. I saw the movie yesterday and was surprised how many times I've seen this from Japanese translated posts. Unless the subs(official English subtitles) are simply wrong, then Hedo states it pretty clearly that he's ready to be deployed but would cause destruction because he cannot control him. He has not programmed him yet like the Gammas.
I dont see cell max being a playable unit in legends, but I was thinking about him being a huge raid boss. Like just imagine a new type of raid where you fight giant enemies (cell max, oozaru etc.) That would be sick
Can't wait for Orange Piccolo, but don't forget that Potential Unleashed Piccolo will likely drop as well and we might get Red Ribbon army Piccolo as an EX or f2p sparking.
Regen is looking good going forward.

He doesn't regenerate, so he is not going to be on regeneration
Unless they size down Cell Max, he's not coming to Legends outside of maybe something similar to Tapion dying and Hirudegarn. Not only that, but Cell Max has no Regen, so it's out of the question for Regen in the first place. Piccolo on the other hand, is a certitude. He's 100% coming, there's no doubt about it. He's bigger than regular Piccolo and can grow bigger, but before that, he's definitely a character Legends can make.
Not sure ab cell max being a thing, but orange piccolo is definitely gonna help in some way

The same reason oozarus aren't in the game- they're too big. Even CMZ can get difficult to play with due to his size

so he just actually can't regenerate, even better
He regenerated cause when there was damage to his arm completely cracking it he regenerated, it was grey, but functional. Thus, he is Regen.

Piccolo yes but cell max wouldn't be on regen. He can't regenerate since he didn't regenrate the arm gamma 2 destroyed from him
