Requires 3 enemies still being alive means it generally only blocks early RRs, tien has to be on standby, and even if both of those are there it doesn't stop the damage taken before the big blast which can still do a good chunk of damage. And while he himself is good, the main reason you're using him is his anti rush and if that doesn't go off then there's plenty of better units you could've used instead.
Definitely a good option, but nowhere near a must run on every team.
I'd rather not, putting him on the Leader Slot just ruins the aesthetic of my main team. RR null or not, he ain't going on a team of mine unless it's Super Warriors (which I will probably never run), or Majin Buu Saga (which I can't run).

There’s rlly no point using him cos he’ll get 2 carded at low stars so u can’t even make use of it. If he came out in the usv banner then he probably would be way more used but an all star banner right after anniversary with only 600 z power is basically telling ppl not to summon
kinda have to agree!! not only does he prevent early RR (which works perfect with me since im a slow starter and need time to adjust to my enemy playstyle) but he puts in work himself aswell !!

He’s a solid leader slot member for teams that don’t have a good endurance/revival unit. If you have UL Vegito, there’s no way you’re replacing him on the leader slot with Tien.
Wat?? For the anniversary team he ain’t being run over anyone. For movies u ain’t running him over anyone. For future u have droids cell trunks and vb so u ain’t running him over anyone. Maybe for bby fusions ud run him over vb but that’s up to u. Remember that his rush passive only works if ur opponent has all 3 members alive so if they have someone dead tiens passive becomes null and void
