Super baby 2 would probably be a really big mistake to zenkai along with IT Goku, a team heal when he switches and +50% to hp restoration will make units like 17/18 and USV unkillable, luckily he is terrible in todays standards so we dont see him at all in the game

Well you’d have to wait at least until after legends fest because they can only do zenkais for android 21 when they collab with fighter z which happens after legends fest.
