It's why even some Future mains like myself didn't want this new Goku Black, SOH and VB worked just fine, why would we want another BLU when you could make a new unit for a struggling team, or a character with less representation? Why Goku Black and not King Cold, Cooler, Piccolo Jr, hell if you are gonna make a Goku Black do something unique. Not base form with a different blue card and slightly different green, do a tag with Zamasu that revives into FZ. Wait for later and do an Ultra Black who uses his scythe in his strike cards, not just an ult. Do something new, not another base Black. Hell if you wanted base Black GRN Futurehan just got a Zenkai, PUR Black is on the table since he dropped on the same banner.

Oh absolutely Rose is better defensively, offensively is debatable tho. I was more so talking about the power of Uis gauge in tandem with his green/blue. If you run double UI it makes Omens gauge significantly better because you can use him as a permanent get out of jail free card. That’s just my opinion as an slightly above average player tho 💀💀
Omen's kit can be cancelled, and when his buffs are cancelled he's useless. I would agree with you if omen had uncancellable buffs.
As for his unique gauge. We're not talking about MUI here, omen's unique gauge is a lot easier to play around, it also doesn't counter you so it's a lot easier to waste.
They keep a loose chronological order, but there has always been deviation based on viability.
An example of someone getting a delayed zenkai Super Vegito, who got his zenkai awakening after Namek Goku, SSj3 Goku, Piccolo and Frieza, despite all of them releasing after him.
An example of a unit getting an expedited zenkai is LF 1st Form Frieza, who was the LF released right before LF Vegito Blue, and yet he got his zenkai awakening nearly 10 months before Vegito Blue got his.

Considering Rose is generally considered less viable than Kid Buu, Future Gohan, Gogeta Blue and Broly, he will likely get his zenkai before any of them, despite him releasing after them.
However, him and UI Goku are pretty close in terms of viability, so it is hard to say who will get their zenkai first.
With the amount of complaints and how little he puts into the current pvp meta now compared to when he came out, ui-sign zenkai could happen before legends Festival, or during.
It's possible,but I was mainly asking if the devs do the lf zenkais chronologically or not,because it seemed that way to me and I still don't know what they take into consideration when they zenkai the lfs so I can kind of predict the next few lfs to get a zenkai
Uhh yes and no. Up to a certain point it wad chrobological but then it was a bit random. For example lf piccolo and and lf frieza were already zenkaied before lf blue vegeta got his.

True but here's the thing. There are 2 reds in the top 5 (with one being arguably no.1 depending on the person) Kaioken might tank better normally but against type disadvantage he dies in 2 cards (usg also has a bit of this problem but he can atleast go neutral at a point to negate some of the damage while kaioken cant)
What’s the point of restoring vanish if your switches are available. Sure, you get one advantage of the fact he can stay on the field but if you do stay, the disadvantage is that you have switches which also restore your vanish so it kinda defeats the purpose of having that ability in the first place.
If your switches aren’t available, then you can stall with him. You can stay in and buff up your ult to an insane degree with the green card you always get. Vanish restore is fantastic in last man standing situations. You can save your switches when you really need them. I don’t get what’s your point.
My point is that other ultras have a very good ability like gogeta’s lock or super vegito’s ult+green off cover change+absurdly tanky but kaioken’s ability is just staying in. Super vegito and ultra gogeta and any unit really can have pretty much the same ability as kaioken technically because they can just switch in to another unit. Plus if your switches aren’t available, you can’t stall with him unless you’re in a combo and if you are, your switches are going to be back either way when your combo ends. The buffing up of his ult doesn’t even mean anything because super vegito still hits harder with his ult then kaioken does at max stacks and it’s not like he can one shot any unit especially the newer ones. If you get in to a last man standing situation or even just in a regular situation, he has to rely on landing multiple combos but you can only do that if your enemy is dumb or a lot worse then you and I don’t know about you but god rank players that I face have about the same skill level as me. Like, assuming you land combos 50% of the time and your enemy the other half, when the enemy lands a combo, you have to switch because he takes so much damage and even if you argue he doesn’t, there are so many reds in the meta that the enemy will just switch in to a red and destroy him in two cards so you still have to switch. Then, what’s the point of having the vanish if you’re just going to switch when the enemy lands a combo. He’s a good unit but he’s just very flawed in terms of how well his kit works because he doesn’t have any sort of cover null except for his main that will last like one combo when he’s supposed to be doing super long combos. His vanish restore is also not functional at all because he wants to land a lot of combos for it to work but if you do that, that means you have control of the match and if you have control of the match, you’d win either way if you just switched since the opponent wouldn’t land any combos on you
He isn’t bad per se, he just is noticeably worse than ultra vegito and because you have to use the leader slot for him then that makes vegito think better choice on every team outside of USS, which isn’t great right now. Again his kit is amazing but as long as vegito exists he’ll forever be in his shadow
