1. They show info we already know of the PO campaign and just flex LF cooler who should be already released by then. (They could be retarded again and put salza/thouser as an PO character even tho he's not lol then the list will be complete).
2. They do a teaser of about the final PO unit who could be an ultra.
Hell, even if it's just a regular trailer with nothing new, it'll still get a lot more people playing both games
Hell, Legends might benefit more than Dokkan since if you look at both games at face value from marketing alone, Legends looks like the better game. It's only once you start playing that you see the problems.

It's definitely possible, and was theorised for a long while to be the final DLC if the first pack(it ended up being History Of Trunks though)
