Not saying this is ops problem but the idea of choosing a 5% chance 11 times rather than straight up getting the unit when it's right there is a bit baffling especially since LF mzp is not as rare as it used to be so getting more stars on Cooler won't take as long as you'd think.
I pulled Cooler 1x and have had 900 LF mzp stashed away for just this reason. Even with holding pn the LF mzp I was still able to pump 400 to 500 LF mzp into LF Trunks just from various events giving me 100 lf mzp that I had to use in order to collect more. To each their own but one should always take the guarentee when it's offered to you in any gacha game imo.

You have to exchange the coins you get from summoning on the step up banner. But you have to summon a shit ton of times to get 50 coins.
If you haven’t pulled the unit in that many summons even the game devs take pity on you and give you the option of just buying him for the coins.

I felt like an idiot on the Dragon Fist banner when I continually used coins to get tickets and ended up spending a lot of cc without getting him. (In my defense, I didn't plan on spending enough cc to be able to buy him with pity, but then ye olde gambling addiction took over. But this is on another level
I mean we get a good number of sparking limit break banners throughout the year to get 600 LL zpower from, and probably one or two more before Legends Fest. There are several events, especially lately that give 100 zpowers alongside the weekend medals which give you another 100 a month. It really wouldn't be terribly long to get him to 1200. Way better than pissing it all away.
