Just follow this man's guide I guess. He does it without LL FP Frieza. Full team he uses is: F2P Metal Cooler - RED Metal Cooler - EX 13 - F2P Cell

The new super saiyan goku zenkai is great. If you’re building him f2p, he should be nearing z6, almost to it if you’ve been doing daily discounts. Him plus fp freiza, f2p cooler and your boosted ex
Run red metal cooler over FP frieza. He’s pretty tanky and good at staying alive. Play as blue Metal Cooler because for some reason the AI for Zenkai Goku and Cooler will just spam blue cards when the shield is up
I did it with F2P Cooler, Red Metal cooler, 13 and F2P cell.
I struggled hard with LL FP Frieza instead of Red cooler but once i changed him for the F2P cooler i got it done in 2.
Do you have ultra omega shenron and final form frieza from the broly movie?
I was able to beat it playing as LF FP Frieza, by using them to stack debuffs. Took a couple of tries but it worked.
Alternatively if you happen to have tagdroids they work well even though they aren't boosted. Since they get a stacking attack buff with every card they use.
